A tribute to Dick
This website is a tribute to Dick, a much loved husband, father, grandfather and brother. It is with great sadness that we, Dorothy, Amanda, Jeremy and Oenone, announce that he died in Guildford on Dec 6th 2023 after a short stay in hospital.
Dick was also much loved by his wider family and was a wonderful friend and colleague. We hope you enjoy reading about him here. We will also be adding more photos and photo captions over the coming weeks now the funeral is over.
We would also love to hear your stories and to see your photos - please do post them and they will be approved asap. Please don't forget a caption and dates if known!
Richard Chadburn
A private service was held at Guildford Crematorium on 5th January 2024. A live-streamed Memorial Service was held at Ashford Baptist Church on 8th January 2024, followed by a Reception. The Order of Service for the Memorial Service can be found below this section.
